The Best Love You Can Give

Love is not the easiest thing to do specially If you'll be doing it to almost anybody, To the extent of loving your enemies. It's odd, and in this current era we are in, Loving your enemies is mostly considered madness by some people. People nowadays doesn't even trust almost anyone anymore. So how can It be possible for us to Love someone who we don't even trust, to the extent of giving the Best Love you can ever give to them?

Ofcourse. What I am about to share, is something that I've also learned from Bro. Eli Soriano. The most selfless man I've ever known. He taught us the best love a man can ever give to others. He was the best living model that I've encountered in my life. That even though a lot of people get angry and mad at him for telling the truth, he never ceases to do so. And this is what he says the best love you can ever give to anybody.

Truth. One of the most hurtful things that we can hear from almost everybody is the Truth. Even if it comes from our parents, friends, relatives, co-workers, colleagues, classmates and so on, sometimes we get hurt from hearing this things. Bro. Eli Soriano taught us that no matter how hurtful, The truth must be told, as a parent, a friend, a relative, a human being, we are responsible to speak the truth to our fellowmen.

Some of you might say that some people do this to make fun or to ridicule others, to put them down. Granting for the sake of argument that doing so can ridicule you, humiliate, embarrass because someone told you the Truth, does it not benefit you at some way? Do you even thought that this truth if accepted can make you a better person? As I remember how Bro. Eli Soriano explained and discussed to us how St. Paul was obliged to write the brethren on Corinthians a letter telling them the Truth in a hurtful way, making them sorry for what they have done. As said on II Corinthians 7:8-9 ;

" 8 - For though I made you sorry with a letter, I do not repent, though I did repent: for I perceive that the same epistle hath made you sorry, though it were but for a season. 9 - Now I rejoice, not that ye were made sorry, but that ye sorrowed to repentance: for ye were made sorry after a godly manner, that ye might receive damage by us in nothing. "

This is one of the examples from the Bible how Truth, no matter how hurtful and even if it did ridiculed, humiliated, embarrassed the brethren, It did a pleasant and positive outcome to them. Making them repent and change their ways. And that is how Bro. Eli Soriano have been since he started to preach firstly from different parts of the Philippine now all over the world from a small garage.

A lot of people hates him, despises him to the extent of some religious groups wanted him to be imprisoned, malign him in different ways, and even sends him death threats. But still, Bro. Eli Soriano, as A Messenger of God didn't stopped preaching the truth. For he knows that by telling the truth and evangelism straight from the bible is The Best Love You Can Give.

Thanks for taking the time to read! Also Bro. Eli posted a new blog article regarding What Friends are For, which I think is somewhat related to this post too. Check it out!
